Fresh Radish from my garden! All recipes are vegan friendly.
Radish Three Ways
Ingredients
fresh radish (9)
vinegar
salt
pepper
sugar
fresh parsley
olive oil
potatoes (5)
Method
Roasted Radish
Slice 5 radish in to wedges.
Place in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Chop fresh parsley up finely , throw into bowl.
Peel and cut up potatoes in to wedges a similar size to the radishes.
Drizzle olive oil over the radish and potatoes. Toss the bowl.
Place in the oven with the chicken for 30-35min at 180°.
Pickled Radish
Slice 2 radish into thin slices and place into a small bowl.
Create a solution; half water, half spirit vinegar and 2 teaspoons of white sugar.
Cover the radish with the solution and let it sit until dinner is served. Try leave the radish to soak for at least 1 hour.
Sweated Radish
Slice 2 radish into thin slices and layout on a plate
Lightly salt the slices and leave out until dinner is served. Doing this will allow different flavours to come out of the radish.
